‘Good day to vote’
Rusty Hart, center, exits the Holmes Beach polling place at the Island Library Nov. 3, Election Day, wearing an “I voted” sticker and saying “It’s a good day to vote.” Nearby, signs littered the road around the library and candidates for office in Holmes Beach and for seats on the West Manatee Fire Rescue Commission were greeting voters at an appropriate distance.
