Exploding golf cart on Pine Ave. consumes SUV

A golf cart burns May 21 on Pine avenue near the Anna Maria Post Office. The fire spread to a BMW SUV as traffic continued to pass until West Manatee Fire Rescue arrived to extinguish the flames. The vehicles were reduced to bits and ash. No injuries were reported, according to a WMFR report. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
